Whirlpool is my first choice when I thought about washing machine and refrigerator I had already used a single door whirlpool refrigerator for a long time of 12 years... It won't disappoint me... that is why I chose Whirlpool refrigerator again it is so useful as you think about its capacity and quality I bought it on bajaj card at the very reasonable price of 20990

Experience with Whirlpool Refrigerator Service I’m writing this post to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service experience I recently had with my Whirlpool refrigerator, purchased in June 2023. After noticing an unusual amount of icing in the freezer, I contacted Whirlpool customer care, agreed to the visiting charges of ₹500, and awaited the representative. The technician arrived promptly, which was appreciated, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Here’s what happened: 1️⃣ The technician spent merely 20 seconds diagnosing the issue and advised replacing a heating tool that costs ₹4500. 2️⃣ He claimed the issue arose due to “higher-than-usual power limits at my home,” which I find hard to believe. 3️⃣ When I expressed concern about the cost, especially since it’s 1/5th the value of the product bought just 18 months ago, his attitude was dismissive and lacked empathy. On further escalation: I was offered two choices: Pay ₹5000 (₹4500 for the part + ₹500 visiting charge) with a 10% discount on the part. Extend the warranty for ₹7100, which would cover the repair under warranty. Refusal to pay the visiting charge would void the 10-year condenser warranty. Additionally, fixing the issue through a third party would also void the warranty, leaving me with no alternative. 💡 As a consumer, I wasn’t expecting to spend this much on a repair for a refrigerator that is barely over a year old. The lack of transparency during product demo, in pricing, combined with the poor attitude of the representative, has left me questioning Whirlpool’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Full value of money , better than I expected. Working nice and manufacturing quality is very very good

The Whirlpool refrigerator I got today seems to be a used product by seeing the freezer part of the refrigerator. There are 2 blue liquid marks and the freezer area is quite dirty. Some black powdered substances are there. I m uploading the video of the same. What is the reasons behind such conditions of the freezer?

Nice one good space but the ice chamber has no use in winter. It is just consuming eletricity. There must be option to switch it off.
