Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken Spicy Ramen Korea Instant Packaged Noodles,Carbonara,4.58 oz,5 Pack

We tend to eat from medium to spicy levels. We add tabasco to some meals and we enjoy a good curry. This meal will be considered spicy and maybe too spicy for many. We thought "spicy!" as we ate it while up in 3 seconds and thoroughly enjoyed it. However the name may be slightly misleading. There is a carbonara flavor and look, but it is not mild like a carbonara. If you enjoy a bowl of pasta with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 5 drops of tabasco, this may be for you. If you prefer a tiny pinch of pepper, then this may be overwhelming. The good news would be that this is very fixable with a slight adjustment: drain the pasta (keep 1/2 c of the cooking water) and add both packets (sauce and toppings) Smell or have a tiny taste. If it is too hot, add milk instead of the cooking water. You will probably need 3/4 cup of milk. We like spicy and have enjoyed this one. Not our favorite but we enjoy the creaminess. The thick noodles are very soft and slippery but not mushy. This dish cooks 2 different ways, stovetop and microwave. Very quick methods and clearly explained. Stovetop: boil water then add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Drain but keep 1/2 cup of the water. Add seasonings and water to pasta.

DELICIOUS! These are easily the best ramen I have ever tried and are so yummy and PACKED with flavor. It is a bit spicy so don’t use the entire packet if that is an issue. I can usually handle up to a 4 or 5 out of 10 spice level and I only use a little over half the sauce packet.

I LOVE THESE. I get them here on Amazon sometimes and other times I get it at HEB. Regardless they are always delicious. Be warned they can be spicy if you use the whole sauce packet but I’ve learned to just use half (if that) to get the amount of spiciness I like while also being able to taste the other flavors and not just taste “spicy”. The noodles are such a perfect consistency and by far one of the best in the instant noodle world..at least in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this taste really good I thought u wouldn’t like it, but it was very creamy and spicy and cheesy the way I made it at least, can be very hot lol!

YUMMYYY!!! SO GOODD. I don't put the full packet of hot sauce in tho cuz it gets to be too much
