These came for my daughter yesterday. She teaches work out classes and this was exactly what she needed. Many different sizes of resistance bands. Very durable and well made. Different variatii hi N.A. of thickness based on difficulty level.

I ordered this set because as people who use resistance bands know, they dry out and snap over time (just like rubber bands). This set was offered at a great price, 5 bands for just a dollar each. They came with a small back cinch-close back for storage - I think this was unnecessary, but some users may appreciate it. They seem to be excellent quality. I especially like that the strength is stamped right on each band - e.g., so I don't have to remember that blue is x-light, green is heavy, etc. One thing that surprised me is that the lightest band is a bit thicker than all of the other ones - I'm not sure why this is, and I would have preferred if they'd all been the wider width. But that's a small issue, and overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

There are various levels of resistance to use on your arms and legs. These are great for use in the gym or while you travel. Comes with a travel bag.

Love these! It’s funny I randomly started working out with the black one and my thighs were so sore. I later decided to look at the rest only to realize it’s the least flexible band. It comes with a whole pamphlet of exercises to do with the bands. I would buy over and over!

These bands come in different resistance levels, which makes them versatile for a bunch of exercises. They’re great for stretching, warmups, or full workouts when you don’t have weights handy. They do roll up a little if you’re not careful, but otherwise they’ve held up well. Nice inexpensive way to add variety to home workouts.

Bands are quite short. I’m keeping them but wouldn’t buy again.
