Does it work on cats for mites and is it important to completely wash from skin after?

I highly doubt it would work on cat or dog mites. It’s not indicated for that on the label. When using for yeast/fungus, you leave it on for 5-10 min.then wash off completely. It’s not toxic, just wash your hands normally. Mites are parasites, not bacteria,yeast, or fungus, which is what this shampoo is for.

Can this shampoo be used on pregant dogs?

Please don’t use this chemical shampoo on a pregnant dog or her puppies. And please, don't use Dawn dish soap. It will remove every trace of natural oils and the dog will be miserable from dry skin. The world has been conditioned to think that Dawn dish soap is the go to agent when bathing our pets but when you reflect back to that commercial, Dawn dish soap is being used to wash a bird that was suffocating under an oil spill. Unless your dog became smothered in motor oil or alike, it would be not be a wise to use on your dog's skin. Our pets have very sensitive skin under that fur, much more sensitive than human skin. Please use a gentle oatmeal-based dog shampoo, and also a gentle conditioner to soothe their skin. Thank you.
