Quest Nutrition Blueberry Muffin, 10g Protein, 3g Net Carb, 2g Sugar, Protein Snack, 8 Count

As a low carber this is amazing product for me to use as a snack. There are lot of products out there these days, but these (and the chocolate chip) are one of my favorites. I can have a snack and get protein rather than a ton of sugar. And my foster dog (Duke) is also a fan. He steals them if he gets the chance, so I have to be careful with them or the big galoot eats my snack!

I toss one of these in my huge buff bfs lunchbag, so he can enjoy it with his morning coffee at work. Ive had it and its not bad at all, can definitely taste the protein part of it but still yummy, good treat for my big buff bf :)

Pretty good for nutritional muffins but more on the dry side. They are great though if you are going for a low carb diet.

I've bought MANY Quest products. Their protein powder, protein bars, iced cookies-- even if I didn't think the flavor was my favorite, they were all edible and surprisingly still Good overall. Their Caramel Protein Powder and Iced Birthday Cake Cookies and Chocolate Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars? Genuinely great and are the only types of those protein powder/bar/cookies I buy. I say this to preface with how I am familiar with how these things can often not taste like The Real Thing. It's to be expected, and that's why I was happily surprised at how good so many of them are. That said, when I opened one of the individually packaged Blueberry Muffins, there was already an odd chemical smell I did not expect from Quest, but I thought maybe it was just due to this specific food variety. NOPE. I took one bite and while the texture was fine, I immediately got nothing of blueberry OR muffin-- instead, the smell intensified as it was combined with a flavor that was strikingly similar to nail polish remover. If you've ever worked with acetone, done your nails, etc, and you've inhaled and can smell/taste the foul, bitter chemical, that is what this experience was. The taste/smell was so bad I couldn't even chew the bite I took. I immediately had to spit it out and wash my mouth because the taste lingered like a film in my mouth even though I'd not chewed. I tried opening one more of the muffins in case the one I had opened was somehow bad/spoiled, but it also had the same strong, chemical smell. I had to toss the box and get a refund, which I have never had to do for any other product I've ever bought from Quest. Buyer beware- maybe these are fine and I got a bad box, but I definitely will never buy this in bulk or online again since it might be something to do with the Bake Shop product, shipping, etc. Everything else Quest I've bought online often with no issue at all, though!

Dry as drywall, crumbles apart. I don’t know if it’s stale or just is supposed to be dry. Taste is ok, a bit bland, if you can avoid choking on it. My stepson will eat them but I definitely will not spend the money on them again.

Blueberry muffins and diabetes friendly. Can't go wrong.

My go-to quick snack for protein! 200cal for only 10g of protein! Could be better but I’ll take it! I usually warm for about 12s, and it’s so soft and moist!

I have had several Quest products in the past which were good. This product was very dry and there was no blueberry flavor- or much of any flavor.
