This works great. Better than my old one. Can curl and straighten with it. Gets hot quickly. Like the different temperature settings. Directions are a little vague, but easy enough to figure out how to use without directions.I've been using it for about a month and love it.

My daughter wanted to get one of the name brand and after searching I came across this brand and read reviews. For the price I decided to try it and we use it daily at our house. Easy operation. Heats quickly and works on my daughter's super thick hair. Easy to hold and use. Only con would be that the on/off and fan switches are right where I hold it and I have to try not to press them while I'm straightening/curling.

This 2 in one is exactly as pictured and works like a charm. It’s very good quality and durable. I use this almost every day whether it’s to straighten my hair, to have curls or even loose waves. Great price point for the product. Absolutely recommend.

Do not buy! This product scorched my hair on the lowest setting. I have white hair and it turned my hair yellow as if it was scorching my hair. I followed all the instruction and was very careful not to leave the hair in it to long just as the video showed. My hair came out a scorched yellow. The only outer thing I can think of is the plates are a yellow gold and maybe the that color came off on my hair. All I know is washing my hair did not remove the yellow color. I am so disappointed and think this flat iron should be removed from Amazon.

Curler is light, you need heat protector always safe to use with any heat. Speed is good. Hair does caught.

I like the long barrel for my long hair and it worked well for straightening my hair and getting rid of the frizz. I tried curling my hair at different temperatures and same day washing my hair or 1 or 2 days later but the curls didn't last very long. I was disappointed because some videos of users showed them even after brushing their hair they had curls or waves. My hair is fine and thin and very frizzy in Florida humidity so decided to keep it for the straightening feature and keep trying to get curls to last. It was easy to use and very quick temperature start up but the design and placement of the temperature button was too easy to accidentally hit so have to keep readjusting the temperature.

bought by the wife who had no luck getting those coveted waves with a regular flat-iron, but this tool was a great price (why spend more $$'s only to find this tool didn't do what she wanted either?) and she got the wavy curls she wanted first time out. It was confusing as to how to turn the thing on, but if you hold the on/off button down, it will turn on and then you can scroll thru the various temperature settings. So far..she's impressed and it was a very reasonable price too!
