Bingo! These drills worked perfectly for installing lamps outside our brick house. Tip: Be sure to spray periodically with water inside the hole to soften the cement and prevent your drill from getting dull and breaking.

Needed to drill holes in ceramic tiles to install grab bars, and these did the trick. Diamond tip bits might have worked a bit faster, but for the cost, these were all I needed.

These are a good fit for your everyday mason bits, however the coating used on the tops are a waste and very annoying as they peel quite fast and could even fly into your face, always wear protective eyewear, but these are good bits overall.
