Easy fix
These pumps are bulletproof, except the switch wears out. Easy fix, and back working again!

This switch has stopped working less than two months after installed. I’d like to return it if possible.

It worked great for 3 months and failed
The pump itself is indestructible. I replaced the float switch 3 months ago with this switch and it worked fine. Until it didn't. Of course, it failed today during a spring downpour and water is gushing into the crock. Fortunately, I live by the rule, two is one and one is none, meaning I had another back up pump on standby. I know these types of switches can be hit and miss. I'm ordering my next one from someone else.
