Heats up fast and stays warm for a good time. Really helps with cramps and body pain, and it’s much easier than using a regular hot water bottle.

The seal was broken but other than that the product is in good condition. It's easy for travel. I thought it won't be hot enought but it's good, hot enough. I just charged it, it charges quick. It's effective. The colour is okay but I would like a variety of options regarding colors. I have used other products of this brand before and that's why I bought it from here even though there are cheaper ones.

There is no option to give zero stars, its deserves minus 10 rating, wasn’t cooling well from 1st day itself but it was a non-returnable and I used it for 4-5 days until it stopped heating altogether. This is soo expensive and absolutely useless.

Good product and very easy to charge. However, once it heats up, it does not start heating again until it cools down almost completely (around 80%), which is inconvenient.
