For background on my chewing habits: I am a female diagnosed with ADHD and I take meds to control that. What I take often causes me to grind my teeth, so I'm constantly blowing through a pack of gum nearly every other day to prevent that. I wanted to try something firmer to see if the gum would last longer. (*Note: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN CHEWING LONG ENOUGH TO NOTICE JAW DEFINITION, this review does NOT cover that). About the gum: It is a hard piece that you gotta really crack into. Getting it started was a little rough on my teeth (I didnt want to chip anything), but once it was cracked into it was a FIRM chew. In the best of ways. I knew this was going to last. I chewed a piece for maybe 2 or 3 hours before switching out (mainly because in the last hour the flavor had gone away and I was just habit chewing before i actually noticed). It had kept a strong consistency throughout. I got the mango flavor to start and the taste was good. It wasnt overpowering or overly sweet, but it was there and it lasted a long enough time otherwise. My mouth didn't feel super cakey-sugary after, and I actually felt fresh and clean. Which was nice because a lot of sweet flavored gums dont usually feel like they do anything for your mouth. I definitely want to try the mint flavor next now that I know what to expect (i usually opt for mint flavors in gum, but not too minty). I was hesitant on the price because its GUM, but for what it does, I understand. I do wish it were either slightly cheaper, but it's marketed as workout equipment for your jaw essentially, so for its price and quantity it's actually really good. TLDR; Solid firm consistency that lasts a long time, flavor is not overpowering nor underwhelming (just the right amount), great for teeth grinders and those with oral fixations, price is up there but it evens out with quantity, and would buy again.

This is the best jawline gum on the market way better than jawliner. It’s thicker, tougher doesn’t taste like you’re chewing on a bottle cap/plastic plus last way longer, not to mention the flavor lasts!

I agree with all the reviews. I bought this strictly to chew on while I work out at the gym as gum helps me focus and I’ve read you can actually improve your jawline if you stay consistent which i do with the gym. Amazing gum so far! It's very hard, tough and flavorful. I was torn between the mango and mint flavor. Went with the mango and WOW, it is tasty! It’s a very natural fruity mango flavor, and doesn't have that weird plastic chemical taste other gums have. I ordered the mint flavor as soon as I tried the mango

I've tried most of the flavors. Mango and watermelon are my favorites. The flavors are good and last a while.

All pain no gain (to a certain extent at least) I did it exactly how the instructions said it started to hurt my really bad, my jaw started to feel like it was rubbing against bone which hurts, so I will not be buying again but it does it's job kinda and the flavor is much better than other companies so this brand is ok just be careful and slow as possible

Great flavor, can easily and happily chew for 15+ mins without losing flavor or getting bored. Definitely a good workout (NOT EASY especially the first few chews), and if you overdo it you will be sore! I ordered the gum after a few of my friends had mentioned it, and I wanted to test it from an actual strengthening perspective that I might be able to apply to a TMJD situation but I don’t believe it would be great for those with jaw pain hoping to overcome it through strength using just this gum, possibly in conjunction with muscle work from a chiropractor or PT but by itself I think it would aggravate painful symptoms.

This is no tough, is a stone. Just irrational. No matter how you see it, is just like chewing a stone .. period

Tastes alright, tough to chew but pieces are small n over priced.
