Filled with water, hooked up hoses and turned it on. The flow alarm beeps constantly even though the water is flowing perfectly. I am going to have to send it back. Too bad too, seems to be well made otherwise. I will exchange and hope that the flow sensor was just a random problem.

I purchased this cooler to add to my CNC router that has a 3kw water cooled spindle. It installed easily and works fantastically. The temp rarely reaches 30 deg C even after running for hours. I would buy it again no question! In fact I plan to order another to use on my CO2 laser machine. This is a quality cooler at a good price!

I had to get a replacement due to poor packaging. This isn't a shipping issue; the manufacturer uses a thin box and weak foam with little other protection, and both units had damage to the box as a result. Luckily, my second unit didn't have any damage like the first one.

Terrible it doesn't at all . Is just and radiator and a fan nothing that cools the water .... terrible.

Having run this for 2 gallons of water, in about 45 seconds, expecting cold water, I am returning it. I'm certain it works for certain purposes, possibly cooling laser and other equipment with room temperature water, as partially indicated, unfortunately, my ideas of cooling water for cold plunge, etc. are not possible with this. It does not "Chill" the water, as it is a fan on radiator cooler, water pump, and water tank. It only cools to around the ambient air temperature, not significantly cooler, or temperature adjustable.

Got it out of the box read the instructions as always. Filled the tank Up with water first, hooked hoses up, put the low water alarm in, plugged the power cord in the unit, then plugged it in the wall. Let set :30 minutes before turning the power on. Once running it pumped all the water out of the tank and never pulled any water into the intake from my barrel of water. Repeated this 10 and the intake never worked. Customer service was no help at all. They didn’t know about what I was talking about! Will not buy again!!

This is not refrigirated chiller, this is just a common air cooler. Can not cool below an ambient temperature.
