We love our Ridstar!
Great bike. We have loved how smooth and great this bike drives.

Throttle stop working
I purchased the bike based on its desirable qualities. I rode it once, traveling about 6 miles. Unfortunately, the throttle stopped working the next time l attempted to use it. I experienced challenges in obtaining assistance. As yet, my issue remains unresolved. I was given the option to return the bike, although I would incur a loss on the shipping fee. They offered a pair of sunglasses as a token of apology.

So far so good, son is happy with....but let's wait 6 months....other ebikes he's had had bad tire and cheap brakes

I like the Ridstar e-bike.
My daughter really liked the e-bike; it was easy to install. Ridstar's support is fantastic; they respond the same day and help you with any questions.

Front wheel fell off while riding.
Front wheel fell off while riding just over one month after purchase. Be very cautious when shopping for one of these bikes.

Great e bike
The shimano came broken i contacted them gave me a new one and now bike is running great. I've had it for a month so far

More fun than I expected
I bought one of these e bikes after doing a little research. This thing has blown me away. It is way better than I expected. Top speed is 31.5 mph. The pedal assist is great, so funny to be cruising at 30 while easily pedaling. It charges pretty fast and stays charged for a while. Also the customer service has been amazing. I recommend buying one.
