I bought these to help with my sleep. The ingredient list is exactly what I was looking for. However thus far I haven’t noticed much improvement in my sleep. To be fair I have extreme insomnia so it’s hard to say if it’s the fault of the product or not since nothing has worked for me. On a positive note I tolerated these well and had no ill effects.

I picked these up wanting to supplement GABA again. Pros: These offer a pretty decent blend of supplements that offer support for mood and sleep. 3 year shelf life. Amber colored bottle will keep them shelf stable longer. 75 servings per container. GMO and gluten free and dermatologically tested. These didn't impact my stomach or GI. Medium sized gel caps are not too terribly hard to swallow. Cons: I found one broken in the bottle making me wonder about the stability of these gel caps especially when I travel. Some of these supplements are rather low dosage like VB6 which offers only 1mg, of course if you are taking this before bed this might be good. No manufacturing country info and no certification data. The distributing company is in the United States but I do not know where these have been manufactured and while they advertise testing, it doesn't say by who. Dermatologically tested? While I understand the importance of these not impacting skin, I'd be a heck of a lot more comfortably with a 3rd party or GMP quality testing. GMP is mentioned on their website but not bottle. These don't carry an allergen statement. I have no clue if these have been manufactured in a facility that processes the big allergens like nuts, dairy and soy. I would feel a lot more comfortable if they broke down their proprietary blend based on individual ingredient mgs instead of lumping it all into one list at 100mgs. I have no clue how much I'm getting of each. I would assume these are vegan friendly with a cellulose capsule, but alas this also is not noted on the bottle so probably not vegan friendly. I've been on these for about a week and a half and have noted no difference in the way I feel. Supplements will work for each individual differently and may take time so this isn't a turn off for me just yet. At the present price of $16.14 this seems with in fair market value for this type of supplement. I just wish more certification, quality assurance and ingredient clarity on the label with a USA manufacturing stamp.

I was taking another brand sold on here that has a similar blend but it’s twice as much money so I thought I’d try these. There’s no comparison. The other brand works & this doesn’t. Don’t be fooled by the imitators!
