It works ok for sound reduction.
But the adhesive could be stronger.

Not great at all !!
I received these a few days ago i left them to stand for over 24 hours to give them time to expand to their normal size. however, there is fragile Foam and cheap quality, I regret buying these as they looked good in pics, but as they say, looks can be deceiving. save ya dosh and avoid people. save a little extra and look around for the better quality ones..

Not great quality but do dampen the sound
It's taken me a while to get around to using these. I wanted to dampen the feedback when on calls when I used speakers and microphone over a headset. Due to where I work from home echo is a problem and so is feedback even when software tries to reduce it.These come vacuum packed and need some time to reshape. It's unfortunate because the shape is the key feature of noise dampening and they didn't completely return to how I expected them. Also the material is not the best quality and easy to tear. They are adhesive-backed and for my wall they did OK but they aren't super adhesive. I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing because if they were really strong you might damage the wall when removing them.Either way and despite the quality concerns they did dampen the sound enough to make my calls have less feedback. Not perfect but did the job just enough.

Not a uniform cut - don't waste your money
Sadly the tiles do not align next to each other in a uniform manner, so it is impossible to make a wall look like a continuos wall of sound absorbing material - instead it will look like an amateur has stuck the tiles on. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money as I did.

Cheap but seems to help sound dulling
These panels are very cheap. That doesn’t mean they are badly made, far from it. They look just like every other egg carton sponge sound absorbing panels I’ve used before. They are simple to apply you just peel back the brown paper covering the adhesive, line the tile up and press into place. If you do make a mistake, you can carefully pull it off (in most cases) and realign it.They come very tightly vacuum packed, so the parcel itself is very slim. Once you cut through the plastic packaging and allow air into the packet, they very quickly expand to the full thickness. There are 24 tiles in this package and they cover a good area. I have mine directly above the microphone station in my home studio, and I noticed a difference in the echo reduction immediately. They seem quite tough and well-made and I would certainly order more if I expanded the studio area, partly because of the price but also because of the quality and the performance that I’ve noticed firsthand.
