Amazing bands and very durable. Will give you a burn when using the first time. I've had mine a few years and they are still as strong as when I first bought them so great value for money. Great addition to my leg workouts either as warm up or in the main without itself. Bonus: doesn't roll up like those rubber ones and doesn't pull on any hair either so I'm a happy bunny!

These are so good! A far cry from the rubber ones. They offer way much more resistance and stay in place. Great value for money on this set as you get 3. If you are a beginner the white one will do the job just fine and then you can progress to the other. Overall a great buy

These bands are great, much more comfortable to use than the rubber ones and very strong. Feels like they will last a long time. All 3 bands are constructed with the same material, the only difference is their length, so the shorter one feels stronger strictly because it fits tighter around your legs. The only reason I only give it 4 stars is because it comes wrapped in a plastic bag, then in the sythetic bag, and each band is then wrapper individually in another plastic bag inside. This makes 4 completely unecessary plastic bags...shame! This company needs to rethink its packaging...

Absolutly brilliant product, I've been used to using resistant bands and was looking for somthing abit harder to do. Well 2 days after doing my workout with the easier band out of the 3 I can still feel how hard I worked my glutes and loving it. I cant wait to see the results.All in all great buy comes with a little bag to put them in which is very handy.

these bands are really good - they're thick and durable. I've actually had them for over a year now and theyre still not showing any signs of wear. You wont need to buy bands again because trust me, these will last forever.

Doesn't roll up, doesn't hurt legs if using shorts, great for clients and very difficult instead of usual easy ones. I highly recommend 100% worth the extra money !!!!! Thank you victorem for this great product

Very tight, good for developing glute strength. Much tighter than rubber bands, great quality. 3 bands with different lengths can be used for different exercises. Good products

Die besten Widerstandsbänder, die ich je gekauft habe. Tolle Haptik und Qualität. Aber Vorsicht; natürlich trainiert man damit am Oberschenkel, nicht am Unterschenkel =) für letzteres sind die natürlich zu fest; weswegen mich die zT kritischen Rezensionen nicht wundern.Mir ging es aber so, dass mich speziell die schmalen, rutschigen Bänder am Fußgelenk genervt haben. Außerdem geht das auf die Knie. Diese Bänder hier nutze ich oberhalb des Knies. Perfekt! Jederzeit wieder; wobei die Dinger wahrscheinlich ewig halten.

Queste bande elastiche le ho acquistate per via della chiusura delle palestre causa Covid. Sono molto resistenti e sono fatte di un tessuto elastico, molto migliore di quelle in gomma. Hanno diversi livelli di resistenza a seconda delle varie esigenze e si prestano a molti esercizi. Ottime per tonificare gambe e glutei. Se usate con costanza funzionano alla grande.
