I bought this in London at the Spittlefields market. I only came home with one package and instantly regretted it after I made my first chai at home. If you follow the instructions, it is perfect every single time. This isn’t a teabag in some hot water. It is traditional chai so it does take a little bit more time but well worth the effort. I also ordered the masala chai so I’m anxiously awaiting for that to arrive to make it. If you are thinking about just buy it. I promise you this is literally the best chai I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Wow, as the bag says "Probably the best chai you can buy." Now this is masala chai. It is not Starbucks chai latte, Tazo chai concentrate nor Stash double spice chai tea bags. This is, if made by following the directions, just like what you'd find at your favorite indian food restaurant. Yum!

Great blend of fresh spices, only issue is it’s a little light on CTC for my taste, but would still highly recommend

This is a delicious tea. It has just the right amount of spice -- spicy -- it's got lots of ginger. I've found other Chais can be very underwhelming, but this one has so much flavor. It's a little pricey but worth it.

It looks good in the canister. It’s extremely bland. It’s very disappointing.

This is the best chai I've ever tried. The strength of the spices suits my taste really well. I wish there is the tea-bag version with the same taste so the making process could be simpler (and faster).

Lovely spicy flavour. Comforting & warming. I use it mainly with an individual mug infuser (the kind that sits on the mug rim - got from Amazon) and just add milk after it’s brewed, like normal tea, but it is nice brewed in a pan with milk too. Only downside is it is quite expensive but you don’t need a lot of it & it’s so much nicer than other teabag types I’ve tried. Do not go near those awful processed instant powder brands!

Instructions are easy to follow and the taste is amazing. I love how fragrant the tea is, can smell it from other rooms, especially while preparing it in the pan. Everyone in the household want to try it!

I had high expectations for this, so was a teeny bit disappointed. Lovely tin and the quality of the product is very high quality. I was expecting a more distinctive taste somehow, it was a bit underwhelming and expensive for what it is. I think with regards to taste I need to experiment more with adjusting amounts of milk/tea/sugar to get the perfect cup. I would recommend however, as this is all down to personal preference and this is a solid, quality product.
