Shoes quality is very well as per their price. Comfortable shoes. Looking Good. But I order this shoes 11 No. But amazon delivered to me No. 12 instead of 11. It is unhappy 🙁 movement. Please amazon jo size order kiya ho vogi bejya kro

worst return policy
This is the worst product and an even worse return experience. I have contacted Amazon multiple times to arrange a pickup for the return, but no one has collected the product. Now they are asking customers to return items on their own through the post office or courier, which is extremely inconvenient. Two glasses have been lying with me for months because the fit was incorrect, and despite repeated follow-ups, no proper return support was provided. I faced a similar issue earlier with three pairs of Asian shoes. I ordered size 10, but all three pairs delivered were size 9 and also had defects. When I requested a replacement with the correct size, I was again asked to return the items on my own. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally replaced them, but the quality was still poor. I had no option but to keep them and give them to relatives. Overall, the product quality is bad and the return policy is highly inconvenient and customer-unfriendly. Because of these repeated experiences, I will never buy any product from Amazon again. I strongly advise others to be cautious as well. Amazon seriously needs to improve its return policy and customer support.

The shoe looks as it advertised, but it came dirty as it was used before. And I've paid for the priority delivery and it came late.
