This is great and value for money, it took a few hours over a couple of days. It was fun to build and easy to follow.

This Dark Falcon is basically a black and red re-skin of the 2019 Millennium Falcon, made for the Rebuild the Galaxy special. Visually it does look pretty cool, especially if you’re into the darker “what if” Star Wars stuff. The minifigures are honestly the biggest highlight here, with odd but fun choices like Darth Jar Jar and Jedi Vader, which feel aimed more at collectors than kids. The build itself is almost exactly the same as the older Falcon, with the same play features and layout, just tweaked slightly inside to match the dark theme. There’s nothing really new going on from a build perspective, so if you already own a Falcon, this might feel a bit samey. It’s fun to handle and looks decent on display, but it doesn’t really fit in with most standard Star Wars collections. The biggest downside is the price, which feels a bit steep for what is mostly a recolour and some exclusive minifigs. Overall it’s a fun novelty set and nice to see something different, but it’s very much a “you’ll know if you want it” kind of release rather than a must-have.

Bought this whilst on sale, hadn’t seen the show it’s based on but I had to have it! Evil darth jar jar!! Light side darth Vader! Worth it alone just for those figs in my opinion, but also getting an evil falcon too, wild but good.
