Tastes like the lemon zest rather than the lemon juice so if you like that then this is for you. I wanted this to sour up my fruits (pregnancy cravings) but didn’t end up using because was bitter.

10/10 for flavour and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because its so fine it can be a bit lumpy. Although it is quite expensive I would still purchase again for the flavour.

A good strong lime flavour, not just zest but of the fruit itself. Great for getting you out of a hole when you have no fresh fruits in your pantry. It goes a long way, so not as expensive as it seems.

Bought this as a convenience instead of juice. Very expensive for a very bland taste. Also high sugar content although that is disclosed in the ad.

I like to drink lemon water with some pepper from time to time. I used to make it with fresh lemons, but it’s a mess and most time I forget to purchase fresh lemons, also I am too lazy to follow long processes and produce when you’re out of the kitchen or travelling. When I discovered this product, I was hooked. I never go anywhere without this powder. I always carry a small tub of lemon powder with me in my purse and if I feel low in energy I use this powder and make a drink. Also when we go out for dinner and I don't like the food I sprinkle this magic powder for better test. When I open the package my full kitchen catches this lemon powder aroma it Smells amazing and tastes even better. The lemon is nicely grind and turns into proper fine powder, with no chunks or lumps in it. you can easily replace it if you don't have a real lemon etc and need some tangy flavour in a recipe. Sometimes I sprinkle this powder in my salad and cake mix for the best smell and flavour without it overpowering the food. I recently tried this lemon juice concentrate powder in my tea, and it's incredibly convenient. It adds a lovely citrus flavour to drinks. Perfect for when fresh lemons aren't on hand. Highly recommend it for its versatility and natural taste.

It has a bitter lemon taste rather than a fresh zesty lemon, which I presume is because it has more pith than zest, although maybe just because it's a powder. Not wrong, but not what I was looking for.
