Although the price is a bit higher compared to other products, the quality is well worth it. I have always been a big fan of Lab Series products for men. I have tried different products intended for men for skin care but find Lab Series to still be the best. I use this at night before bed and it does work great on the skin by itself. I do find it works better when paired with another moisturizer. I apply this product first then I use a retinol cream afterwards. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is honestly the price. While I get the product is exceptional compared to others I’ve tried, the price is a bit high in my opinion. One bottle will last me about six weeks, so it’s not like I’m spending that amount every few weeks. But if you pair it with other Lab Series products, it does get a bit pricey and can cause a lot of people to shy away. But overall a great skin care product.

This toner has a neutral, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering and feels refreshing upon application. It works well as an aftershave, leaving skin hydrated for several hours, despite containing some alcohol. It absorbs quickly without leaving a slimy residue.

That doesn't say a whole lot, lol. But he didn't throw it out, and he uses it every so often. It seems like it likes it.

Lab series is a great company from the UK for men skin care products, they are quality products and that's why the price is higher than others. This toner lotion has a good consistency, it is different from your typical toner, toner is usually a clear watery solution, this is an essence that doubles as a tonic skipping one step in your routine, it cleanses the remaining impurities well without stripping your face and leaving it dry, the essence helps with moisturizing and hydrating. My husband really likes this brand and this product in particular.

Lab Series Daily Rescue Water Lotion Toner comes in a nice size bottle of 6.67oz. Like most toners this has similar consistency to... well, water. Guess you can splash it on but I like to use a cotton swab - they refer to it as a water lotion. I like the way it feels when I'm using it and appreciate what I see after using it. Label says it contains familiar skincare ingredients 4% Niacinamide + Resveratrol complex, but it also says it contains Hydra5GTechnology which sounds impressive but I have no idea what that is and there doesn't seem to be any explanation.
