Am a 5-9” person that weighs 237 I bough an xl size and it fits me perfectly the only downside is the shirt is not long enough when you stretch the shirt move to my belly button. Unless you don’t stretch up you should be fine

I really love these long sleeves as the weather is starting to warm up and I am a sweaty individual. These shirts help keep you dry as they’re not too thin and not too thick. I also like that they do their job to help protect your skin from the sun as they are notably helping get rid of my summer tan from last year. I chose dark colors just in case the sweat seeped through but I also got the light grey shade and so far my sweat hasn’t been noticeable. Another thing I’d like to mention is the texture as they are quite comfortable to wear and do exercise in. I got a size xl while weighing 215lbs at 5’3 and it fit loose so an L probably would’ve fit alright.

Nice breathable shirts, however if you happen to be taller or have longer arms, size up. Im 6'2 210lbs and the fit is fine for just casually standing around but rides up too much any other time.

These are absolutely perfect for my husband… uv protection, lightweight, and the colors are fantastic… haven’t washed em yet but he doesn’t want to take them off so……. A good sign.
