Incredibly well built, strong and versatile. I brought with the intent to capture some incredible footage of the holiday, which included an excursion around dusty volcanic mountains in buggies. The magnets are incredibly strong, the goose arm holds the phone in position perfect, even with a heavy phone (iPhone 17 Pro Max) and a weighty dust/waterproof case. Very flexible and can hold in place. Great value for money when considering others on the market, I was torn between Neewer and TELSIN, I made the right choice! Now the con, the bad, the frustration. This model came with the chest strap for added hold when activities were a little more strenuous. The strap came with broken popper button. Reached out to Neewer, explained the issue, sent in pictures, they promptly sent out a full replacement unit, even though I only asked for the chest strap to be replaced. Incredible customer service, don’t normally leave reviews but Neewer have surpassed all expectations 🫡

It depends on what you want to use it for. It feels sturdy and is comfortable - although it feels very close. If you want to film 16:9 it’s very sturdy but I bought it specifically to film portrait - and whilst you can manipulate it to do this it’s not secure as the magnet will not lock into place. I think the information could be clearer as I wouldn’t have ordered this one.

The best piece of equipment I have bought. Very easy to use with my iPhone, very sturdy and holds its position perfectly. I also find it very comfortable and fits around my neck very well. The magnet is very strong and I feel that it is very secure to hold my phone. Perfect for recording any hand craft videos which is what I will use it for.

Lock refuses to unlock, since many days Im trying to unlock even with my pluyer. I I couldn't remove it from my neck & was about to sufocate

Used this during Christmas Markets, it’s great to record and having both hands free and feeling more safe than using phone these days just in case dropped or someone trying to steal from hands. Got during Black Friday sale, price was around £17 would recommend.
