assemble instructions were a little vague at some points and had to redo several parts. otherwise great product.

This was the worst desk I have ever bought. I have bought many cabinets, desk, and furniture items that had to be put together in my lifetime but this was the wrong choice. I have a small 1100 sq ft cottage and wanted a sewing table that had a drop leaf so it would collapse to a space saver when not in use. The screws that they use for the henges were 1/4” in length. There are a lot of henges to this desk. I got it all together and upon opening it the whole desk collapsed because the screws pulled out of the particle board. I had to use longer screws and knew I ran the risk of splitting the wood which I did. Now I cannot have the desk in drop leaf mode for fear it will break again. The engineers need to go back to the drawing board and use longer screws for henges. Do not buy this product. It’s way too heavy to send back and the distributors never got back to me.
