Bought these to take before going to Egypt. All 4 of us in the family took them 2 weeks before going and also whilst we was there and non of us got ill. We had no side effects, they were easy to swallow with being a capsule and you get a good amount in the pack for the price. Quality is 10/10. I would defo recommend and buy again

I’ve been taking these for well over 6 months know. I had a week where I ran out and my god did I notice the difference! These have made a huge difference to my insides. I’m able to eat freely and not worry about triggering my IBS constantly. Your mileage may vary but for me they’ve been a god send!

I bought these as my usual brand has now gone up to £16! I found them easy to swallow. The trouble is that since taking them ,I feel full all the time and slightly bloated. Great if you feel like dieting! Also, I do get a little digestion after eating anything Next time, I think I will bite the bullet and go back to my usual brand as I don't get any side effects with them and no indigestion either
