Q: Are the biscotti cookies individually wrapped?

Your description of these "biscotti" is exactly on the mark. My wife is Italian and I know what a biscotti is -- hard, crunchy and tasty. These are shaped and sized like a biscotti and appear to be a biscotti with a colorful topping, until you bite into one. Grrrrr.

Q: What is the shelf life? I'd like to order in enough time to ensure I receive them by Christmas but not so early that they aren't fresh.

My "gormet" wasn't the candy I thought... ut stale cooky/cake type. I ordered for wife's b'day received a ciuole of days before.... Still too stale and some had peanut additive which she couldn't eat because of allergy... which is why I ordered stuff. My fault for not reading add better. Good luck as even stale, I enjoyed 'em.
