Magnetic Glass Whiteboard - Glass Dry Erase Board 48"x36" Large Frameless Board for Walls Office School and Home

I just installed my new magnetic glass blackboard & I do love it. I bought the 36 x 48 inch board. World of warning, this is a very heave board, and I had to hire someone to install since could not do on my own. Takes 2 people to hang. The template that comes with board is not very helpful. We had to re do holes to hang even...The magnets that come with board are rubbish, why I bought in the first place. I have to use 2 of them to attach one page that's 4 x 6 inches or it slides down the board. Writing is easy and nice and clear, easy to erase. The pen holder for eraser and markers, has to be attached with double sided tape because the magnetic strip does not hold and crashes to the floor. If you want a board for magnetic reasons, I would not recommend, now that it's up, I will keep it, for project tracking & will buy another magnetic board since this one does hold 🧲..Looks great 😃

Great for an eraser board. Clean look, and easy to erase. Looks great on the wall!!! Drawback, not as magnetic as I hoped. I suspect it’s because the magnetic piece is on the back of the glass. Even with really strong magnet, still disappointing.

Good quality and easy to install. One person can install the board but it is easier if you had help holding up one end. Magnets work well as does the dry eraser. Cost effective when compared to retail offerings. Quick shipment and well packed in boxes with foam and cardboard liners that prevent damage to glass boards.

These glass boards beat whiteboards all day long. You do need to have the glass board style ones. The regular dry erase kind of bead up and don’t stay as written. Not a big deal. When you erase the marker… it actually completely erases. Does not leave a shadow mark like white boards. Easy to install, did it by myself. Would recommend second person to help hold, I struggled a bit. If you do install solo, put a little Elmer’s glue or glue stick on the little rubber washer that goes behind the glass over the metal mount. It will hold them in place when you place the glass over them to install the screw on cap. If you don’t, good luck trying to hold the glass, place the washer and then the cap screw without dropping the washer 37 times… allegedly.

Works great but requires precise installation

Looks great, but has some issues. In addition, the ferrous properties of the glass are weak, causing only the strongest magnets to be able to work, so it is not compatible with most white board items that are magnetic. Examples include magnetic chore charts, whiteboard markers with built in magnets, etc. These items work great with a stainless fridge, but they cannot adhere to the white board, which was the entire point of selecting on that had ferrous properties. Ease of installation: The template for the install is not stiff enough to ensure it is flat against the wall, this caused the drill locations to be slightly off, making the install more difficult than it should have been. The template was also not pre-marked with drill locations, which added more potential error to the drilling locations. If a proper template isn't provided, they should provide measurements to ensure mounting hole accuracy.
