This covers the person and electric wheelchair perfectly and protects from all weathers. Gives me the protection I need.

Certainly keeps you dry. Used it with a mobility scooter as well which was good but had to cover the bottom of the leg & foot. ( my husband is an amputee ). Haven't tried to use it when getting in & out of the car. Folds up reasonably well for carrying. very pleased with it.

Only had to use it once. My mother complained, but she always does at 99. However once over her head, which she hated, it kept her dry.
