I ordered this supplement for my wife. She has been dealing with menopause for years and I thought this might be useful to help her cope with the symptoms. I never make claims regarding the efficacy of health supplements because I'm not a medical professional. I will share information about things like smell, taste, and appearance of a product that could help someone determine if that product may be suitable for them.The bottle contains a one-month supply of liquid. There is a dropper inside the bottle with clear markings to measure out 1 ml to mix with water to ingest twice daily. The liquid is a tan/brown color and there is a detectable smell that I can't identify. It is not a bad smell, but it is not an odor I'm familiar with. My wife said the taste was similar to an herbal tea. She said it was not unpleasant, but she didn't love it. The bottle was gone after a month. At the end of that time, she said she didn't notice any changes - positive or negative - in the occurrence or severity of her hot flashes. One thing the liquid is supposed to help with is menstrual cramps, but she hasn't had to worry about that in years. While my wife didn't notice any changes after a month, I can't say how this supplement may work for you.

I got this for my sister who lives with me, who is currently going through perimenopause. Her doctor even mentioned that if it weren’t for the fact that she still has menstruation, her lab results would suggest full-blown menopause. I feel her pain (I get hot flashes myself, testosterone medication, still adjusting doses, etc..). A few months ago, she tried a different supplement that completely eliminated her hot flashes rather quickly. After running out and experiencing a return of symptoms, we decided to give this one a try.It does work, just not as effectively as the previous product she used. Her hot flashes have decreased in both frequency and intensity, but they haven’t disappeared completely, unlike the other product. She’ll finish this bottle but plans to return to the other supplement. We settled on a 4-star rating—while it provides noticeable relief, it might not be strong enough for more severe cases like hers.

A number of ingredients (12) found in a 950 mg proprietary blend. So you do not know exactly what ingredients you are getting. It is sweetened but not the best tasting, if you take it straight from the dropper, but tolerable.It is worth a try to see if you see benefits.Good Luck

I got this supplement because of the combination of ingredients. All these herbs have good medicinal qualities. It is so easy to take. The liquid is thick, but mixed well in a small glass of water. The taste is earthy, but I didn’t think it was strong or unpleasant. I take it with water, but I believe the taste can easily be masked in juice or an other flavorful liquid. It came well packaged so there is not doubt about it being untampered. The outside is shrink wrapped and the bottle has a plastic seal around the lid of the dropper.
