The flavor and texture are excellent. No aftertaste. I can't taste a difference from Hellmans which has bad ingredients. The ingredients are excellent and it is worth a little extra money to have healthy mayo because I eat a lot of it.

Very good, no seed oils. Hate the squeeze bottle container. Even with it stored upside down in the fridge, you can’t get a large amount out of the container. I even thinned it with heavy whipping cream and shook it up but still left a large amount in the container.

If you looking a soy bean oil free mayo along with fewer ingredients, look no further. Low price as well, can't hurt to try it.

It was very expensive. I was fine with that, because I am trying hard to eliminate seed oils from my diet. But this product tastes like linseed oil smells. I opened one and used it on an avocado. I'm going to try using it in some stronger tasting things, merely because I hate to throw out $20 worth of mayonnaise. But so far, I am really disappointed and do not recommend this.

This is an excellent product once you used it you will never used other mayonnaise products again.

It’s mayonnaise-ish. It was just ok. I was not thrilled with the taste. Tasted a little strange. It almost tasted like vegan mayo. Yuck. It’s certainly better then eating seed oils, but not my favorite.

I know what it said and I took a chance any way and being in Minnesota, I lost that bet. The description says that cold weather will have a negative impact on the product. It will separate (and there's no way to put it back together; I tried and the hot water method and the egg method both will not work) in cold temperatures. This is not the company's fault. I don't know where this product is stored, but mine was bone cold, curdled and oily. BUT any mayo stored in freezing conditions will separate. I don't know if it happens at the warehouse or during transportation in a vehicle that's not temperature controlled, but it might be a good idea for Sir Kensington to *not* sell these mayo products during the winter (especially one like this one). This mayo is my favorite and I'm guilty of trying to get some without leaving the house in -10F weather. The product is good. The storage and handling by Amazon for mayonnaise is not so good. If it's cold where you are, order it from Amazon Fresh. Buying through regular Prime appears to be a problem for any mayo. This is a good product when properly handled.

I was/am so delighted I found this mayo with avocado oil. It is great for a quick prep meal with the plus of a great oil base. Amazon has an array of pure goodness & this is one of them. Looking for good healthy products is often like looking for a needle in a haystack. Well I found the 'needle', pun intended & am rejoicing. I combine this mayo to a few of my salad dishes or Brit sandwiches, tuna etc. & they were wonderful. I also included it into one of my guilty pleasure comfort dish & it was perfect. Taste tested by family without knowing I used this & they said it was so good. I even added this to a Korean salad like dish & it was yummy. Those were the pros. Cons - These are somewhat expensive. Wish the price was more reasonable, then I would order in bulk.
