Easy to assemble. Sturdy material. No sharp edges. Easy operation. Looks Easy to clean. Roomier than I expected will comfortably and safely accommodate moma cat and her four kittens for their first trip to the vet... after the dad cat uses it for his trip to get neutered. It looks like it will serve our family for many years. If anything else comes up, I'll update this review.

It is a great carrier. Plenty of room. Cats seem calmer in this carrier. Vets liked it. Easy to open and put pet inside. One thing though, like another reviewer mentioned, I received it without a handle. I had to return it. It felt like a hassle because of UPS practices. Amazon was very helpful with a replacement and assistance with UPS.

Overall, I do really like this cat carrier. My cats seem to like it and are not as stressed when riding in the car to visit with the dreadful vet - their opinion, not mine. It is very sturdy and easy to get my cats in. It is a little more difficult to get them out because there is only the opening on the top and you have to reach in and untangle their head/limbs from the "lip". It really isn't that difficult but takes some getting used to if you are used to the carriers with the front and top loader. The only thing that I would change would be the ability to easily separate the top from the bottom. This carrier is held together with screws. My old ones have latches which are probably not as secure, so I get it. In a nutshell, buy this carrier. I always get compliments from the vet techs, and it looks similar to a UFO so you too can arrive with your cat in style and from meowter space ;)

Very nice carrier. Sturdy enough to use for a small French bulldog. And a 14 pound cat 😊 not at the same time of course 😄😄 I wouldn't recommend it for feral pets

Good quality and all the vet tech baddies give me compliments on how much they love the carrier. I only took a star off because one thing I hadn’t considered is the ease of getting cats older than a few months old into this thing compared to models that can be walked into. My cats already don’t like being picked up, but they definitely don’t like being picked up to be put into a flying saucer. And once you do manage to get them in it, you have a fun side quest to play: can the pet parent close the lid faster than the pet can escape. This would be perfect for more chill pets, or lugging around younger 0-3 month old foster kittens. Otherwise, proceed with caution if your pet doesn’t like getting in the carrier.
