Love these because they don't have a weird texture, super easy to take without water, delicious. 10/10.

Used for the first time in a 30km mtb race, one at the start and one at 15km, easy to digest and wash down with a sip or two of water, if required. The endurance boost was welcomed on the final straight.

These gels are liquid compared to GU so much more palatable. Taste is all right too. Only issue as it’s big needs more space to carry.

I have tried numerous gels and none have a "good" taste. They are always acceptable at best so anyone looking for a gel that tastes like ice cream or whatever is wasting their time. Focus on the ingredients and the ability to swallow it comfortably while running. This is where these come in, the perfect blend of carbs in an ideal size, good enough flavour and an amazing consistency to consume while running. 5 Stars

I used to use Gu energy gels but recently switched to these. The flavour is good and the $ per unit is decent. The one thing I wasn't expecting is how big these are. They're easily 2-3X the size of a regular gel. This is because they're very liquid. So they're easy to drink quickly and you also get some added hydration. I really like that for my 10k runs. I'd imagine they might be a bit awkward to carry multiples for a longer run. Recommended!

As long as you really like coffee this is the one for you. It will give you that little boost mid ride,you do need to wash it down with a little water as like most gels it sticks in your mouth.
