This is a great supplement for when you're feeling anxious or edgy, or just the general "blahs". I sometimes open the capsules and swallow them down that way....they are a tad big but not humungous. the product has a slight acidic taste like lemon-y in some way, it doesn't taste bitter or anything. No weird smell or anything. It does contain phenibut (pheno-Gaba) which is great stuff but can develop dependence easily so I skip a day or two in between taking it. This company also makes a similar formula with a different form of Gaba which is good to take on off days. I also sleep better too in addition to a better mood. Definitely recommend and will reorder.

I take this before bed when my mind is racing. I actually take three. It helps me settle into a sound sleep. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be.
