Obsessed with this tea it is so beautiful and blue and floats over the tongue. It gives me energy and does make me feel rejuvenated yet stress-free. It’s got an earthy, sweet and slight floral taste, but not in an overpowering floral way. Just a wonderful tasting tea. Can’t explain it, but it doesn’t feel strange. It feels like even with no sugar. It feels like it floats over the tongue. Buy it and you’ll see what I mean.!! I would also like to mention that Damiana and butterfly pea flower are very healthy look up the health benefits from them. They are used medicinally in other countries and have been used medicinally for many years!

I love this lemon balm tea. It has a smooth, soothing flavor and really helps me relax after a long day. I also notice it helps settle my stomach when I’m feeling a little off. The fact that it’s organic is a big plus. Definitely one of my favorite teas for stress relief and overall wellness!

Traditional Medicinals lemon balm tea has a nice subtle flavor. It is a calming sort of brew. Nice for evening to unwind.

This is a lovely tea to drink right before bed - the flavor is surprisingly good considering the flowery nature of chamomile and lavender. My kids look forward to it in the evening. It is good with or without honey. We aren't convinced that the ingredients themselves actually help with relaxation and sleep or if it's just the placebo effect, but it is effective either way. I appreciate that there are just three ingredients in this tea and that there are no mystery "natural flavors." I also appreciate that the label lists the amount per serving. I do wish the information on the box would address whether the tea bags are bleached or unbleached and whether microplastics are involved. This would help me worry less about what could be leaching into my tea while it is steeping.
