I love this nonstick pan. Just be sure to read and follow care and use instructions. As with all newer types of nonstick cookware, you should not use cooking spray; use a drizzle of oil, olive oil, or butter. Do not use metal utensils. Handwash - no dishwasher. If you can do this you will LOVE this pan. I also love that the handles make it easy to start cooking in this on the stovetop and then finish in the oven. It can really handle high heat well.

Caraway-great pans! This is another wonderful Caraway purchase. The post is roomy but not overly deep, when you need a big round pot but don't need tall sides on it. Cleans up like a dream. Can['t put it in the dishwasher, but as easy as it cleans, you don't need to.

Just received this pan. I haven’t used it yet but I already impressed by the quality, weight and looks of it. I will slowly be adding to this collection.

I love this Caraway 6-qt rondeau pan. It cooks evenly, is truly non-stick, and the lid fits perfectly. It’s great for one-pan meals, sautéing, and simmering, and it looks beautiful on the stove. Also scratch resistance, great heat distribution and has a warranty. I’m giving four stars because it’s quite pricey, even though the quality is excellent. Overall, it’s a great pan if you’re willing to invest.
