As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty. My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery. To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps. Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future. The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well. The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9). I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea. The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing. I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

Arrived in time, first fill product had a hole in it so hasn’t been able to be used. Arranged for it to be sent back still awaiting picking up, was a Christmas gift for our son so still unable to replace it for him until this process happens.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Size and Quality! Really impressed with this Polar Recovery XL Ice Bath. The build quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy once set up. What I love most is the size — I’m 6ft tall and had struggled with other ice baths that were just too small or too shallow. This one gives me enough room to sit in fully submerged without feeling cramped, which makes a huge difference for recovery. Setup was quick, and the insulation holds the cold very well. Highly recommend for anyone taller or looking for a bit more space than the average plunge tub offers.

Overall an outstanding product to have! So far the only thing I have improved on with this is putting small screws in at the base of each leg as they want to fall out easily, but, I do naturally look to improve anything I buy or make. I also spent another $30 on tubing and plumbing attachments from home depot so I can fill and drain this easily without having to use buckets

I wanted to try the cold bath therapy. I'm a housecleaner, been sore is part of my daily life. I wanted to speed up my recovery time. My back has always been bothering me. My arms and legs feels so heavy. I've read that cold therapy is very beneficial for the mind and body and i wanted to give it a try. I was so happy to see the box on my front step. This was very easy to assemble. I live in Canada so for the winter, I've placed the this cold bath in my garage so water don't freeze outside of the house. I've been using this product since September. I've seen so much healing, quick muscle recovery, I'm more awake, more alerts. My mind is a bit more clear. It's a whole mental process been in the cold water. I feel so much more confident. The body just do a reset physically and mentally. It's kind of hard to explain but i love it. Also, you have to change the water every 10 days. You just have to unplug, wait for water to drain, rince a bit and refill it. Easy-to-use. The material is very resistant. I'm 5'2" but my husband is 6' and he can sit inside no problem. We're very happy with this purchase.

I bought this Polar recovery tub for the first time 1 month ago, it was holed and all the water was leaking !! I bought another one last week thinking that I was not lucky with the first tub, well the second had water leakage as well !! Avoid this product !!!
