Printer is good but bed leveling problematic. Bed seems to distort if used a lot in a day, middle of plate when in constant use seems to bow low on the z. The bow makes it difficult to set a constant z offset, this affects quality of first as leaves visible defects. This will not matter unless first layer is not on show though. Creality print can take a while to conect to mobile devices.

No longer a 3D printer i would recommend to anybody. Quality control no longer exists.Update, they released an updated model, new extruder, new NozelLasted 4 weeks did lot of good printing, sadly just like before, the extruder stopped working, Ai didnt report there was a problem.11 hours later, my model was almost finished (Angel of the North) thats when the extuder started slipping AGAIN i hear some buzzing sounds, then when i checked, the last 25mm had hardly any filament extruded.Returned for a refund, never again will i buy a creality 3d Printer.See the mess it made in the photoUpdateSince this was written, i sent the printer back for a refund, AND BOUGHT ANOTHERNEVER LEARN, today 8 months later, i just sent it back again, would never buy a K1, but K2 with colour addon,is tempting me, just as long as you can fix them when they go wrong, wont be a problem , snd you eill need to fix them all the time.Should take up fishing instead

This arrived to me with all the glass broken and all over the machine, after looking online this seems to be a very common issue with this printer, and even opening the door can cause the glass to shatter ! Not what I expected at all. After cleaning up all the glass I've now sent it back due to not wanting another with such a poor build quality 😢 think I should of done some online research before buyingUPDATE:The seller creality got in contact stating that they would replace the glass and any other broken parts. And to apologise would send me a free roll of filament to my address. After talking to them it appears that the glass braking is a common issue, promised a free roll of filament that never came and now not responding to my messages , so shows bad customer support ! If your printer is broken send it back as they don't act on anything they say! Shame on you creality!
