Best thing next to hot tea!
Love this!! I add a very small pinch of salt, a drizzle of ginger powder, and a few dabs of lemon juice, after the water has come to a boil, along with this moong pani powder, stir and drink it up like its my life giving NECTAR! It is so so good! YUM

Perfect for what I needed it for.
I bought this for after my 72hr fast. It's good for what it is. I didn't have the issue of it turning into a "muddy clump" at the bottom. You must use boiling water, measure out the proper ratio of water to powder, and its fine. I also occasionally stirred it between sips, which im sure helped. It is a little gritty but thats really no issue to me. The flavor most certainly could be a little stronger but again, it was no issue to me. I purchased the Italian Herbs, garlic and turmeric flavor and I think it tastes great. Nothing bad from my experience, very likely to purchase again but will try other flavors to see how they compare.

warm and comforting sipping broth for cold days, quick snack, or to flavor dishes
This review is for the "Roasted Garlic, Black Pepper & Turmeric" flavor option. If I purchased other flavors, I will add my thoughts here. I like it enough to consider it again and to try other flavors. The flavor is easy and pleasant. 1 TBS to an 8 ounce mug of hot water makes for a nice sipping broth. Warm and comforting. I use a little more water- more like 10-12 ouncrs for my preferences. I have other brands I prefer (Millies and Vigors), but this is nice in that it has a good mouth feel. Not to blah tasting yet not too strong. A little more sodium than I prefer, but it's doable. As mentioned, could also be used to flavor a variety of dishes.

Delicious for a quick meal
Delicious! I was hungry but too tired to cook and it was chilly. I had some and felt so much better and all I had to do was boil water.

Just okay....
Not what I was expecting. Been a sipping broth fan for a while and this mixture is more thick and lacks flavor.

Mellow yet rich mung bean broth
Mellow makes for a good base. Nutritious, light yet filling, rich.

I had ordered this about a week ago thinking it would be nice to have something quick and nutritional boost for when I’m not feeling up for an actual meal. Today was the day that I felt that way after a long Friday and missing dinner. The roasted garlic flavour was amazing upon first sip. Following exactly the measurements, I added a sprinkle of nutritional yeast but it didn’t need it. Saw the package instructions also mention to try it in other forms of cooking. This would be a great replacement for broth. It’s savoury and full of flavour and herbs! Looking forward to repurchasing or even trying a few of the other ones next time. EDIT Sept 22, 2021: I wanted to add here that I’ve tried the ginger lemon cilantro flavour and it’s become my fave daily sip! It’s warm and comforting from the ginger and turmeric, with a nice touch of lemon! EDIT October 5, 2021: Tried the Chili pepper version and that stuff has a good kick. I can see it being really good in other items. On it’s own as a broth it’s good with some lemon juice. I still like the ginger lemon the most!

The broth is yummy, but it leaves a sludge in the cup that won't dissolve no matter how much I try to stir it in. The bottom half inch of the mug is like mud. I tried adding more water and stirring it, but that just results in no flavour and the same amount of undissolved material.

Disgusting, no taste at all, what a waste of money, so disappointed as I was hoping it’d be good
