Effective, no need to take pills
These patches work really well! After a week of use I felt the positive effects specially bloating and cravings. They stay secure once stuck and didn’t fall off even though I am active throughout the day.

Not Effective.
Isse koi farak nahi padata hai. Weight loss hota hi nahi hai and sugar craving bhi rukti nahi hai. kuch effective nahi hai. This is not effective at all. Also it doesn't improve digestion as such. Taste of tongue not changed. In terms of Sleep quality have not observed any significant change.

Did not find it effective
I have been using the lean up patch from a month now and I see no effect. It doesn’t reduce my cravings, which was the main reason of use. Ofcourse no weight loss either.
