I am 68 and have been eating this version of Cream of Wheat since I was a baby after graduating from boxed baby cereals. Because I have Osteoporosis, I am always happy to find foods that have Calcium in it, and the one serving size, even without milk has 120 mg! I have sensitivity to dairy, so the rice milk I drink and use to make the Cream of Wheat half and half with water, I get 270 mg of Calcium. It is a good thing to eat when you are not feeling well also, and at night for a snack (I put a little brown sugar and Smart Balance Margerine in it and then it is so yummy). I make it in my 1,000 Watt microwave oven, and it turns out good at 1 min on high, stir, then 30 seconds on high, stir, then 15 second intervals stirring until it looks the consistency I want. I am so glad to have found it on Amazon. I find it hard to find in the grocery stores near my home.

Have eaten cream of wheat for over 50 years. Cooks quickly, easy. I use half water and half soy milk or regular milk to make it. It's soothing, doesn't upset the stomach, and has a ton of iron in it. My mom used to make this with chocolate milk mix when we were kids.

BUT I Noticed that compared to the usual box I recall from a few years ago, the amount is less in this box. Only reason not five stars

Nice change from cold cereal, easy to make and economical with all the cereals on the market containing so much sugar ,This one doesn’t and contains natural ingredients.
