Best joint supplement. Works fast. Good taste. Takes a while to blend though because it gets clumpy but worth the inconvenience IMO.

This supplement powder tastes great! I have to admit that. I was wary of a powdered supplement in an "orange cream" flavor, but it literally smells and tastes like a 50/50 bar. For those who are sensitive, it contains crustacean shellfish (shrimp). It also contains sucralose, though it doesn't have that weird sucralose aftertaste. It says it is gluten free, soy free, and sugar free. The instructions say to mix 1 scoop (included) with 8-10 ounces of water or beverage of choice, but it really seems to need more than that. 12 ounces seems to work the best, but if you don't put it in a blender, you will be stirring, and stirring, and stirring. And stirring, and stirring, and stirring. Basically, it does NOT dissolve without prolonged aggressive agitation (blender or shaker bottle). Using a spoon to stir means you will probably be chewing on clumps of powder.

I use both this one and ghost greens. I mix them together so I get both in one drink. Doesn't taste bad to mix them. The orange cream with light green pink lemonade is pretty solid.

The ingredients in this supplement are great, and although it is pricey, I really expected it would work. It has so may great ingredients that the standard glucosamine pills don't have, like boswellia, tumeric (curcumin), hyaluronic acid, and collagen, that it would reduce the number of supplements needed for joint pain. This would counter the fairly high price. But I have to take *s off how difficult it is to mix and how it sometimes tasted. I got the kiwi strawberry and sometimes it tastes alright and sometimes it is awful. It may be that some of the ingredients are not throughly mixed in the jar and settle to the bottom so that you get a scoop with not enough of one ingredient and too much of another. But if you need to mix it up each time you take a scoop, the directions need to say that. The other problem is clumping. Using a whisk or shaker may fix that, but anything time consuming is going to reduce the likelyhood that it will be used consistently. And consistency is key to use. I gave it 3* because the ingredients are so good, if the ingredients were not outstanding and it was this hard to mix, I would have given it 1* .

I'm 66 years old and just had a seizure and my son started me on these ghost products and boy oh boy let me tell you they are great 👍👍👍👍

This product has a different approach due to the fact that it is not in pill form, as are most of the popular “name-brand” supplements. The one positive to this powder is that it tastes good. However there are several negatives: 1) It does not mix well and you will need to use the blender to avoid undissolved clumps; 2) the powder is highly statically charged and gets everywhere, makes a mess, and can only be cleaned up with a wet rag. VERY IMPORTANT: Read the WARNING on the label and be highly aware of adverse effects; especially if you take blood thinners, medications for high blood pressure, or have diabetes or glaucoma. I experienced an immediate adverse effect and will no longer take this supplement.
