Heating problem, thermostat gets damaged every week
Tha heater gets repair atleast thrice in a month. If contacted the service team comes up and fixes it. But it again stops heating the very next day. This look like a defective product and no clear support from v guard. How can same issue happen every single month even when fixed. This clearly looks like a defective product and they don't offer any replacement service due to this. Worst service ever. Never buying a v guard product again.

V-Guard Installation Services
The product is very good, but no one from V-Guard's installation service is answering calls. V-Guard advertises that they provide installation service all over India, but in reality, it depends on your location. I am not satisfied with the installation service. For more than a week, I have made several requests and complaints, but the V-Guard installation issue has still not been resolved
