*Update* Ok so after about a week of taking it nearly every morning, I will say you get used to the taste. Still too sweet but I put it in a whole bottle of water to dilute it. Good boost of energy and gets me through to lunchtime before I start getting hungry. No jitters or itchy feeling at all. ...... I got the Bahama Breeze and I wish I had gotten something else. It taste way too sweet and leaves a thick coat on my tongue and a nasty aftertaste. Works like it should but I don't know how I'm gonna keep taking it everyday.
