Good quality & strong fan but quiet
Easy setup, clean look and works as expected. Fan is strong but not loud at all. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern but easy to use fan. It has a remote and you can control via your phone too.

THE perfect table fan
I love this fan so much. Not only is it powerful and pretty quiet, I love that it has a remote and I also love that I can turn it off (if I forget) from the app! The app also tells you the room temperature, and gives good instructions on how to clean the fan. This is a great fan. It’s been working nonstop for months now and it’s fantastic!

This fan is great!
The fan is super quiet and does a good job on even the lowest setting. I do wish the controls on the fan were backlit. They are impossible to see in a dark room. And, the remote symbols are black on black so no help in a dark room. Not everyone has Alexa to control the fan settings. Also, handle for carrying from room to room is quite awkward for me but manageable.

Better than the Dreo Tower Fan
I like the circular round style of this Dreo Smart Fan much better than the tower fan which I bought and tried and then returned. This has just as powerful airflow but over a much more diffused area. The tower fan has a very narrow band of airflow and it’s only about 5” wide and about 12” tall. This fan disperses the air over a wider area. This can also oscillate up and down and sideways which the tower fan only goes side to side. This fan is relatively quiet but does also act as a bit of noise cancelling on med to higher speeds. The one thing I liked about the tower fan is that it comes in white with white cord. I ordered the gold in the round desk fan and while it’s a nice gold it has a black cord. The Amazon Alexa feature is awesome. This comes with a small remote but it’s much easier to use Alexa. “Alexa air on”. However haven’t quite figured out which words to say to make the air flow increase or decrease. The fan does turn on to the last setting you had it at so that works ok for me. The Dreo app is also fairly good with easy selections. You can also toggle the sound indicators off. This is very stable being a desk fan. The tower fan was a bit wobbly even on a hard surface and the base was difficult to fiddle with putting on and off. ***Update*** I suggest you go into the Dreo app and rename this unit as just “Fan”. When you first get it it is recognized by Alexa command as “Air Circulator” which is a mouthful. While I was able to get Alexa to recognize just h word “air” most of the time (ie “Alexa turn air off”) I wasnt always able to get it to turn the speed up or down by just using the word “air”. Just change the name to “Fan” and it’s much easier.

It's pretty but started having problems within 3 weeks.
The design and functionality with the remote are really nice features. I prefer a louder fan that produces more white noise. I consider myself to be serious about fans. Regardless of the season, the fan is on moving air in my house. I've slept with a fan on since childhood so a louder sound is important to my sleep quality. The airflow on this fan is decent but not powerful. It's an overall 4 out of 10 even on the highest setting. Within 3 weeks the fan started having problems and was stopping and starting again randomly. I ended up returning this and went back to a Vornado fan which is not as beautiful but just has way more power. I think this is a pretty fan but may not be for people who use fans daily and appreciate white noise when sleeping.

Compact, powerful, quite
I have COPD. It is comforting to have air blowing on my face. This fan is perfect for that purpose. I also have cats...four rescues, whose hair gets everywhere! We shall see!

Love this fan!
The champagne/bronze color goes well with my decor and the fan is prettier than most. The sound does not interfere with the TV volume like many fans do. I like that I can leave it off in the cool mornings and turn it on remotely for the dogs in the warmer afternoons...and that I can adjust it from my lazy spot on the bed or couch. I thought I read that I could adjust the vertical angle remotely, but that's a hands-on adjustment. I would buy this fan again...and I just might.

UPDATE #4-new issue addressed
4th UPDATE. - kudos to customer service. Turns out the self changing speeds is a "feature" on the fan. There is a setting that will let the fan change speed when it determines certain conditions. That button must have been pressed accidentally probably when the fan was moved. Secondly, I gave the broken Dreo to a friend (engineer type) so his kid could experiment with taking it apart. They found out that there is a wire that gets severed when the fan oscillates. Hopefully Dreo has addressed that issue. Where our new fan is we do not need it to oscillate. 3rd UPDATE- all of a sudden the replacement fan started a new problem. We normally run it on setting 2. However after a bit of time it starts increasing its speed, all by itself. I've reached out to the company and I hope my previous experience with their customer service continues. I hope we can get this resolved as this fan, when it works, is very attractive and performs well in space we have it. 2nd UPDATE- Kudos to the company for sending me a new fan. By the way there is a tiny 5amp fuse in the plug that is not obvious unless specifically looking for it. I did try new fuses but the old fan still did not work. So thanks to the company for their prompt customer service. UPDATE-So I obviously wrote this review too soon. The fan just stopped working a day ago. Tried difference outlets, using controls on the front of fan instead of the remote. Nothing! This is an attractive fan with many features. For our purpose we wanted to set it on top of a kitchen cabinet and direct it downward but avoiding the flames on our gas range. So in this case having a remote control is very handy. It operates and oscillates quietly. One feature is the capability to turn off the beeps it makes when stepping through setting changes. (I really do not know why everything has to beep). Unfortunately for me the fan must be plugged into an outlet that also supplies the above cabinet lights, which is controlled by a light switch. Cutting power to the outlet erases any previous settings, so it beeps again when you turning it on . When you have a rescue dog who is terrified of beeps in certain tone ranges you start to notice just how pervasive they are.
