I got this watch for my kid. Overall, the watch works great with the pre-installed SIM card. However, after I activated the SIM card, there was no signal when I first turned it on. Once I restarted it, I was able to bundle it with the app, and everything started to work. It allows me to call, text, and locate my kid. Very useful and high-quality. Highly recommended!

Yo la verdad que ir estoy totalmente desepcionada he gastado más de 70 dólares en este reloj y la verdad no sirve para nada la compra la hice hace ya varios meses y desde el principio comenzó a presentar problemas me respondieron y me explicaron algunos motivos y me dijeron que me iban a enviar otro reloj y bueno pues yo acepté porque en realidad quería tener mi reloj para mi hijo pudiera comunicarse con nosotros por eso acepté el nuevo reloj y no llegue a completar la devolución y resulta que con el segundo reloj pues igual pierde complétame la cobertura en cualquier sitio lo mismo dentro bajo techo que fuera al exterior y el GPS pues marca siempre totalmente lejos de donde realmente se encuentra ubicado. Yo compré un smart wash para mi hijo para tener el completo control de donde se encuentra y que el me pueda llamar desde donde esté y resulta que no se puede ya que no funciona como dice en su propaganda de venta. Cuando les escribo me vuelven a responder y me dicen que si yo estaba de acuerdo en esperar hasta finales de agosto que tenían visto cambiar no sé qué cosa del sistema operativo para un mejor funcionamiento y pues vuelvo aceptar porque mi idea siempre ha sido pues tener el reloj y que funcione correctamente. Bueno pues ya se está por terminar septiembre les he vuelto a escribir y no responden. Yo la verdad me siento engañada y estafada porque el reloj pues no es barato costó como unos 70 dólares más envío y taxes además que estoy pagando 15 dólares mensuales por una línea que no utilizo debido a que el dispositivo NUNCA tiene cobertura.EN ESTE CASO YA QUE SE ME HA INTENTADO VARIAS VECES SUPUESTAMENTE DE SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA Y REALMENTE HA SIDO EN VANO QUIERO QUE SE ME DEVULEVA MI DINEROHola, estoy escribiendo nuevamente porque hace unos meses cuando hice la compra de un smart wash para mi hijo pues luego tuve q hacer ciertas reclamaciones ya que el equipo no funciona correctamente como dicen en sus publicaciones y propagandas de ventas.Luego uno de las ultimas respuestas que recibí fue que en el pasado mes de agosto iban a hacerles unas configuraciones al sistema operativo y que me dejarían saber que si estaba de acuerdo que les respondiera, en ese momento les dije que si que estaba de acuerdo porque el mayor problema que presentó con el equipo es que no alcanza la cobertura a red ni dentro ni fuera de exteriores siempre dice que está apagado o fuera de línea y pues estoy escribiendo ahora porque ya el mes de agosto finalizó hace dos semanas y no he visto resultados de mejoríaCompré un Smartwash y me lo entregaron el domingo mayo 26 y el lunes le entró agua visiblemente en la cámara.La verdad que en el momento que instale el dispositivo y vi todas sus funcionalidades estuve muy contenta ya que como Mamá podemos tener todo el tiempo el control de nuestros hijos. Pero estoy muy desilusionada porque unas de sus propagandas es que es resistente al agua en cambio no es lo que demuestra ya que al entrarle agua también el funcionamiento de la SIM se afectó.Yo necesito una respuesta en cuanto si voy a recibir un reemplazo del dispositivo o reembolso de mi dinero. He llamado varias veces al número del fabricante y no logro comunicarme ya que la llamada es rechazada

Seems great to start but then freezes. GPS tracking doesn't work, the step tracker doesn't work, and often I'm not able to call her for an unknonwn reason. It doesn't hold charge, and it makes calls on its own.

Easy to setup easy to use the gps isn’t as accurate as I had hoped it would be but it gives me a general area quality is great phone service is excellent features are easy to operate

I can't say enough about how much I love this watch! I got it for my 1st grader and he loves the freedom it gives him to call his family whenever he wants and they can call him directly. I add the contacts and get notified when he talks to whome. I can also track where he is and take pictures from my phone or even listen in. The charger is magnetic and snaps in place easily (I wish mine did that!) The monthly fee for service is also way less than my phone company wanted to change. My son's only complaint is that it doesn't have any real games but I think he'll live.

These things were amazing for the first week, then they would go off line and wouldn’t even stay online so that I could even call my kid. I would try everything from remote turning it off or rebooting it but nothing. If my child really needed me then this is not a watch that I could rely on at all, because it’s a hit or miss that they could even call or text me!! it doesn’t do the one job it’s supposed to! It’s a hit or miss if it even works or not. The service that you pay for is horrible and the watch constantly needs to be rebooted. I have two of these and they are literally the same. So it’s definitely not just one that’s having the issue. These are horrible!! It doesn’t even deserve a star. I’m so irritated at this. Just a waste of money

The watch itself is ok if you just intend to use it for that. GPS is unreliable and you have to click it manually to know the location. Even with setting up the safe zones it did not notify when the device left that perimeter. Nothing is in real time either.The app that comes with it is complete garbage. Not user friendly at all and zero customer service to assist.Don't waste your time or money.
