CRAZY ANTS Military Tactical Backpack Hiking Camping Shoulder Bag Upgraded Version

I bought this mainly to replace my office back pack. I am a road warrior constantly traveling. I bought this because it can be moved in three ways. There is a handle in the middle to carry it like briefcase, there is a shoulder strap that works very well to carry it about, and then the shoulder harness. All three have worked well. When moving around the lab or office the handle works best. When going from the car to the customer or moving around a plant the shoulder strap works best. When I have to go to the airport or cover long distances the shoulder straps work great. They shoulder straps stay concealed inside there own covered area until needed and are kept out of the way.I carry a 17 inch dell laptop in the padded compartment inside the main compartment. There is little to no padding on the bottom so when setting the bag down be a bit careful. Also in the main compartment I have a molle bag to carry the power supply and power cables and an Ethernet cable. There is T&T bag I carry by various office bits, pens, pencils, paper, thumb drives and so on. To finish this out I have medic style molle bag to carry various chargers and cables for my smart phones and Kindle.

By looking at the dimensions, one would expect this bag to be a little small, but don't get fooled, it is a mule, I took it to a 4 day, 3 nights trip by plane and I managed to fit the following: 4 pairs of boxer briefs, 4 undershirts, 4 pairs of gym socks, 1 pair of shower sandals (all of them inside a toiletry bag, placed at the bottom of the backpack) 4 long sleeve shirts, 1 polo short sleeve shirt, 2 pairs of jeans, 1 pair of cargo jeans, 1 pair of exercise pans, 1 hoodie and 1 set of fleece pajamas (long sleeve top and bottom pants). The final weight of the backpack was 7.2 kg (15.87lbs) which is under the minimum allowed to carry on the cabin of an airplane, also it's dimensions are the maximum allowed, so I had no problems with the airline. All the straps are strong and feel heavy duty, and very comfortable, they way is designed, makes all the weight be close to your body, so you actually don't feel it, you can move freely and even run with it. Be advised I'm 183cm (6ft) tall and I weight 80kg (176lbs), so all my shirts range from L to XL and my jeans 34x33

I love and I hate this bag. I love this bag for everything it is, does, and is supposed to do. The size is perfect for a few day trip. The hidden strap feature so you can use it as a duffel bag is amazing. It's EXACTLY the correct size for carry on. I love this bag, and I take it everywhere with me. When you think of a backpack, you think rounded top, really deep and wide, and kind of annoying to sling around. The square, thin profile this bag is and can become is the top reason why it is so amazing.So why do I hate it? I hate it because I tried to pack a 5 day trip in it. I mean, I dumbed down the wardrobe and took just the bare essentials and it still wasn't big enough. So, I wish it was bigger, but then again, I don't want it bigger, because it's perfect the size it is. If it was any bigger, it would be too big to carry on an airplane, take for overnights, fit on a motorcycle, take to work, to the range, etc. It's perfect. So yeah, buy this bag, you won't regret it.I should mention the quality of this bag is excellent. Very sturdy zippers, and nice thick nylon.

I have abused this bag DAILY for nearly 2 years as a work brief case, notary bag, gun bag, guitar gear and camping/travel bag. This is more of a general all purpose bag than a tactical bag. I say that because the MOLLE straps aren't spaced correctly (too close together but still will work, just not as well as real MOLLE straps) and the material isn't stiff enough to attach any serious MOLLE gear to the exterior. The bag has held up great though without a single stitch popped or tear. I throw this bag on the floor my truck, overload it with too much weight, and carry it EVERYWHERE! Tons of space and very versatile with many ways to carry with handles all over the place. I rarely use the backpack straps, as they are kind of awkward and clumsy, but they are nice to have. Great bag for the cost....I will buy another IF this ever wears out.

This pack has a simple box shaped design. I wouldn't say it is ideal for long backpack camping trips, as it isn't very ergonomic and it is a little too small. However, it's shape/design makes it ideal as an overnight bag or perfect for a bug out bag. The main compartment is one large compartment with a small divider and there are a couple of smaller pockets on the outside. Because of its size and boxy design it is simple to store and it is not overly bulky. Another nice feature is that the straps zip into the back of the bag. This gives you the option of carrying backpack style or carrying it as a suitcase etc. without the straps getting in the way. The material is very durable and the zippers function smoothly without snagging. It also had a small bonus of an American flag patch.

Great bag!! So many options to carry, and I have been looking for a backpack with this much space (35L) but doesn't stick too far out from the body. This may change depending on how you pack it. I'm using mine as a get home bag, and I have it packed perfectly so it holds it's true shape perfectly, not sticking out from my back by more than 7in. Seams are double stitched, nylong is thick and durable, molle webbing is true to spec and are double stitched as well. The laptop sleeve is padded, but I won't be using it for a laptop anyways, may end up removing the sleeve by pulling the stitching. If you are looking for a bag with lots of room, but has a low profile, this is the one. Can't recommend enough. I saw some other reviews with problems with the construction being upside down and other issues, probably just a factory error, there are zero issues with mine.

Planning a lengthy trip to Europe and being an avid photographer wish to bring a small laptop as well as two camera bodies and an assortment of lenses as well as gopro video camera, cell phone, music player and gps with chargers in my carry on. Fortunately switched to m43 equipment last year and all my gear is small and lightweight. Thought a carry on backpack could serve dual duty, getting my equipment over on the plane, then use as backpack for any souvenirs I pick up while there. Loaded all the electronics I wish to take with me, then discovered the flaw in my logic when I picked the pack up and everything fell into a jumble at the bottom of the pack. Loading is through a zipper along one side. I have cut out a sheet of foam to hold items somewhat in place and with difficulty can place another sheet over equipment. Wish it had a the ability to open completely allowing me to place items then cover with another piece of foam to secure them in position. Not the fault of the pack, just a personal wish. Seems to be high quality materials and quite sturdily made. Pack straps and waist belt are inside the back cover of the pack and there are top and side handles as well as an over shoulder strap. Webbing on back and one side to attach external items, one water bottle holder and the ability to carry my travel tripod. Seems to be what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

This bag is bigger than it looks. I used it as a carry on in asia and it's working great. The fact that the zipper is on the side makes it perfect to open up at security control or to quick find something in the bag. The quality seems very good. I had one problem with a zipper road breaking when I first used my bag and I replaced it with a piece of rope. Other than that everything is excellent about that bag. Would love for them to give a Canadian flag!!

Best bag i have ever owned. Ive had oakleys and stuff.in the past. This thing is awesome. Had it 2 weeks and love it!!! Like a girl would love a purse. Well see how long she holds up from tears amd the zippers. Would buy another colour if they had one and own 2!!! Highly highly recommemded!!!!

Not only was the delivery swift and painless, but the product itself has delivered in every way.Durable and pretty cool looking, easy to use as a gym bag or a backpack and not overly bulky- unless you fill it with bulky things I suppose.One of the small clasps slipped off, so that was less than ideal- though that was mainly due to me fidgeting and hauling on the thing while distracted. Overall a good purchase, will recommend as long as you are not shipping through UPS.

An awesome backpack, great looking, and surprisingly spacious. The back is also durable, the material seems like waterproof, it could probably be used for hiking. but I am using for ammus, its great that i can fill so many inside and easy to carry to the shooting range.IT IS RECOMMENDED
