Great for teeth grinders
For background on my chewing habits: I am a female diagnosed with ADHD and I take meds to control that. What I take often causes me to grind my teeth, so I'm constantly blowing through a pack of gum nearly every other day to prevent that. I wanted to try something firmer to see if the gum would last longer. (*Note: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN CHEWING LONG ENOUGH TO NOTICE JAW DEFINITION, this review does NOT cover that). About the gum: It is a hard piece that you gotta really crack into. Getting it started was a little rough on my teeth (I didnt want to chip anything), but once it was cracked into it was a FIRM chew. In the best of ways. I knew this was going to last. I chewed a piece for maybe 2 or 3 hours before switching out (mainly because in the last hour the flavor had gone away and I was just habit chewing before i actually noticed). It had kept a strong consistency throughout. I got the mango flavor to start and the taste was good. It wasnt overpowering or overly sweet, but it was there and it lasted a long enough time otherwise. My mouth didn't feel super cakey-sugary after, and I actually felt fresh and clean. Which was nice because a lot of sweet flavored gums dont usually feel like they do anything for your mouth. I definitely want to try the mint flavor next now that I know what to expect (i usually opt for mint flavors in gum, but not too minty). I was hesitant on the price because its GUM, but for what it does, I understand. I do wish it were either slightly cheaper, but it's marketed as workout equipment for your jaw essentially, so for its price and quantity it's actually really good. TLDR; Solid firm consistency that lasts a long time, flavor is not overpowering nor underwhelming (just the right amount), great for teeth grinders and those with oral fixations, price is up there but it evens out with quantity, and would buy again.

Best I've tried
I tried all the jawline gums this past week and JAWCKO came out on top for several reasons. Effectiveness- I had a full week of chewing all the gums and JAWCKO was the most consistent in terms of hardness. The other gums are either too soft (stick gum) or too hard. It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters the most. JAWCKO has that quality over quantity aspect down even the packaging looks and feels premium. Workout- I like the clear routine/instructions. Both sides of my jaw muscles are fully engaged when i'm chewing. I gave up the other gum brands as JAWCKO has the best muscle engagement. It's just a lot more convenient than other methods and it's a great addition to my gym/wellness routine. Taste- It actually lasts a while and doesn't disappear super quick like the rest of the gums. The flavor is quite good and comparable to top grocery store gums. I like the variety of flavors and i'll be trying the other flavors when I finish this pack. Ingredients- By far the best in terms of minimal use of artificial sweeteners. It doesn't contain aspartame like the rest of the gums. Did some research and there's nothing alarming or harmful in the ingredient list. I tried another brand that was mislabeled so I appreciated the transparency of JAWCKO. Overall- A great product that's effective. The other gums were lacking in consistency and flavor.

Overall great! Some flavors better than others..
Some flavors chew better than others. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and love to chew it! The mint flavor tends to be the easiest to chew down into a solid piece of gum. Other flavors like the mango and especially the acai break apart into these unchewable bits that you have to try to keep together in your mouth as you chew until it finally starts to turn into chewable gum. That being said, if you're looking to get some jawline work in, this has been my favorite product to use this far.

Deceptive marketing, not a healthy or quality product at all.
This is NOT a mastic gum product nor are it's ingredients any different than regular chewing gum. It is a plastic composite with sucralose in it being marketed as health gum. Very deceptive marketing. It is hard as a rock for maybe 30 seconds then is nothing but regular gum you could buy in any store. The taste is an overpowering minty taste that is categorically unpleasant.

A work out for sure, bye bye double chin.
This stuff is the best. Even though i rock a beard, my jaw line is sexier than Henry Cavill’s. I pop in two pieces when i go to the gym and i get a double work out. Plus the chewing helps me push more weight. Mints my favorite flavor so far. Thanks for making my jawline beautiful again.

First review. I was a little skeptical at first but I must say after a week with them, they are great. Sugar free, no aspartame. I stopped chewing gum recently for the ladder but came across these recently as I why looking for solutions to define my jaw line and I dont really care much for facial exercises. I can put them in and chew on them from 10-45 mins twice a day. Be careful with the initial few bites as it is really hard. After you soften them, You get into the groove after and get use to feel of it. Just go slow with it and work each side evenly. The taste subsides in more or less 5 minutes but that’s not really the purpose here. It’s to train the jaw. It is the perfect harness for most, anything harder would just hurt the teeth. I got the mint ones and thinking of ordering more already.
