My GSD mix was diagnosed with EPI as a 1 year old. She had lost 15 pounds in the span of a couple of weeks. After multiple vet visits, she was finally diagnosed. The prescription cast was insane. For a dog her size it was going to cost me $800 a month. This brand has been the most effective at the lowest cost. My dog is extremely healthy now, no longer starving or going through horrible diarrhea. She never refuses the enzymes due to odor (we did struggle with that with a couple of other brands). I just want to thank this company for saving my dog.

I believe this product truly saved my dogs life. About 2 years ago my family and i noticed a massive weight drop in my dog. She was free eating regularly and always acted starving. Her stool was very loose all the time. She couldn’t retain any weight/ nutrition. She had absolutely no energy. And she had gotten so skinny that i was genuinely scared i was going to lose her. Seriously, skin and bones. After a handful of vet visits costing me a pretty penny each time, just to tell me my dachshund had anxiety, i took matters into my own hands to research what she could possibly have. I ended up finding a Reddit post with someone whose dog had EPI. My dog had every symptom listed. I then looked up treatments for EPI, which brought me to this product. She is on her second month of it and i have now subscribed to this product. After just a couple of days her stool was completely solid. And after a couple weeks i saw the weight start to stick. She now has meat on her bones! And she has retained all of the weight. She has the zoomies all the time now and is so incredibly happy. I couldn’t be more grateful to the person who made the initial Reddit post, and to this product for giving my dog a second chance at a happy, healthy life. (I feed her twice a day. Each time I put 3/4 of a scoop on her food and put warm water over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then feed her. I will have to do this for the rest of her life, it is so worth her being healthy. Spend the $70. It will save your dog with EPI.)

Excellent product, helping to keep my German shepherd alive. This one is a little cheaper than the other I tried, and works as well.

If you are trying to cheap out of buying the prescription for your dog with EPI.. i wouldn’t recommend , my dogs prescription was running late so I bought this in a pinch to get her through the day.. it made her sick, burping and farting the most disgusting smells and her tummy was so upset she tried to eat one of my rugs to make herself throw up.

This is the best Pancreatic enzymes. Was hard for me to find the best for my dog german shepherd with EPI, this have the highest amount of lipase, that is the enzymes that helps with fat and this one is the best!!! I wonder if I can order this international. I wonder why the new one is different, I always found like big chunks but the new one is more fine

This stuff works well on our EPI Briard, now stabilized at 75 pounds. We have him dialed in at 1/4 tsp per 1.5 cup [Salmon-Sweet Potato kibble] meal, 3 times a day. Odor is low and it seems more concentrated than the overpriced, smaller container ($120!) from the vet. Stool remains normal and he's full of playful energy. We also give him a 1cc B-12 shot once a week. We recommend it. Simply put, IT WORKS.

Of the various pancreatic supplements for our GSD EPI on Amazon, this particular one has fit the bill. Subtract 1 star for the price. I'd give it 5 stars if this product was more affordable...
