These 30 lb manets live up to their claims and definitely hold 30 lbs under a straight pull. You may give up a little overall magnetic strength with the rubber coating, but it makes them that much more desirable than uncoated ones. This is the first batch I have bought with the threaded insert rather than the stud style. If you are looking for a good hack, these plus any of the 50-100 watt LED flood lights make for a super useful and inexpensive lighting solution.

It was perfect fit for the back of my power strip. The quality and strength of the magnets really helped with my heavy 22 AC Outlets and 6 USB Charging Ports power strip. I was able to add these on there to magnetize it under my desk. The only issue was trying to tighten the screw when i had placed it on there. A fork was my hero in this situation. Overall, good purchase for what i needed.

These are great magnets. I use them on the bottom of a customized drink holder. They keep in place. I use my holder on the fender of my tractor and on the deck of my mower for easy access. They keep everything in place and they don’t scratch the painted surface with the rubber coating. The screw tapping is well done and holds awesome.

These magnets are excellent! I have used them for two projects so far and couldn't be happier. First I have some medications that I need to keep accessible at all times. I drilled a small hole through the cap of a jar and attached this magnet, then filled it with my meds and stuck it to my fridge. It holds very securely and keeps them easy to grab when needed. Perfect solution! I also have one of those round cat tunnels that look like a donut. My cat runs around inside it and it has fallen a few times with her inside ... yikes! So I added three of these to the bottom and stuck it on top of the fridge where she likes to hang out. It doesn't budge no matter how wild she plays. Another perfect solution! The screw that fastens into the magnet is unusual and is what makes this design perfect for my needs.

I ordered these specifically because of the flush head Philips bolts that were pictured, and that's what I needed. Instead they came with hex bolts which will work for some things, but not what I mainly wanted them for
