I am so very pleased with the condition of this plant... with the way it was securely packaged (including a heat pack) and with the speed in which it was shipped / received. Within a three day turn around: I ordered the plant, it was shipped and I received it (shipped from Florida to New Jersey). The plant is beautiful. Very healthy and comes with a stylish plastic pot. I've included photos, showing it from all sides. Excellent transaction.

The plant was healthy and beautiful as it arrived , however it could not transition the Boston cold weather due to draft. As a good will gesture would Costa farms be able to send us a replacement with a ficus plant instead ? I ordered 12 plants for office and everyone loved it . As you can see see the beautiful plants have made the office space merrier and our fiddle fig could not survive sadly

We purchased a Fiddle leaf Fig tree from Costa Farms! She is just gorgeous! Showed up early, and in almost perfect condition! Only one little leaf was broke , the packaging was sturdy and she was well protected! Great addition to our home!

I ordered a fiddle fig in January and realized after the fact what a stupid idea that was on Amazon. Other places (One Green World, Fast Growing Trees) will take the order and ship when the weather warms up. Not Costa! They shipped it and I waited for over a week for the box to arrive. I was sure it would be dead, frozen; it's a house plant. Fortunately, we have had warmer weather. It came today and was beautiful! They hadn't packed it with a heating pod, like Hot Hands. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have had this plant almost 3 years and it has done great! It has tripled in size and I constantly get compliments on it's beauty! I highly recommend

Very happy with this purchase. The plant arrived looking healthy with moist soil and a beautiful color. Good size and the decorative pot is plastic but nice looking. The package could have been a little better to stabilize the plant more. However, even if the packaging was damaged, the plant wasn't damaged. The price is a little high compared to a local nursery or even Costco, but overall happy with the purchase.

The plant arrived shriveled with the leaves dry and falling off. I gave it a touch of water as the soil was not moist, I then let it settle in for a day. This morning it was as dead as can be, any hint of green that it came with was totally gone. This is my 4th Costa plant. The 1st was a gift and is a lovely healthy ponytail cactus. My 2 other purchases are doing well and arrived in perfect health. So that only is 1 in 4 that had an issue. I contacted customer service and they have already processed my credit. I may buy from Costa again, just not another Fiddle Leaf Fig.

I received this plant almost dead/wilted & white spots. I’ve had such a good experience with Costa Farms and I’m sadden by this plant. I ordered one previously and it’s thriving. See the one I recently got & the one I ordered before.
