This is my second bottle. These vitamins are so much more potent than any others I’ve taken . They’re made with all natural vitamins from fruit and veggies. I highly recommend then!

Love this multi. Gives good clean energy. No stomach upset. It's nice to have an affordable yet I would consider very high quality for us women. 50 plus, designed for woman. Really helps with energy. I always feel so good about 20 min after taking this. Capsules are not to big It's my go to from now on as I tried another multi vitamin that did zippo for me and blood test results prove this vitamin does get absorbed. Health is always best when taking 1 capsule daily. Plus it does not have a huge iron dose, something woman over 50 do not want to much iron. It's really worth trying.

Very suitable and convenient for women over 50, at just one capsule a day. A good supplement to ensure adequate intake of all vitamins and minerals for good health.

Okay, I have only actually taken one of these. (have “other” for a few more days). They’re not small, but not huge either. They’re an easy-to-swallow capsule. But I did the research and I could not find a more complete multi than this. I compared to various RDA (recommended daily allowance) and similar sources as well as other Multi Vit. There are only a few things missing (for me) like probiotics, higher Omega 3s. For the most part, the vitamins and minerals that don't appear to be adequate are either readily available in an average person’s less-than-ideal diet (so, supplement not required) or are for those needs that are not general enough for a one-size-fits-all daily supplement. For example someone’s allergies require they limit certain foods from their diet, or those whose lifestyle and/or family medical history means they could benefit from specific supplements. And they’re good value, delivery was quick and I signed up for Subscribe and Save and am looking forward to not having to scour every available source for sales and good deals on supplements and vitamins anymore. It’s all done and delivered.

Thought I needed vitamins because the things you should eat cost too much money.
